Here at Cheekybean, we enjoy all things baby! From planning baby showers to shopping for unique baby gifts to raising sweet tots, we love it all. We'd like to start sharing our ideas on all of these topics, as well as hearing yours!
Our first idea comes straight from yours truly. I was planning my sister's twin baby shower and looking for something to make it a little unique. I decided to decorate in 4 stations: feeding, sleeping, changing and bathing stations. I made signs and bought baby items that doubled as decoration and gifts at each station.
The feeding station featured Cheekybean burrrp cloths (of course!) and I decorated one of the walls with cute bibs. You can buy removable plastic hooks that won't pull the paint off your walls upon removal to make a decorative wall like ours. Look for the Command brand hooks at your local Target.

For the changing station, I put out a changing pad and a box of diapers, wipes, diaper cream, etc. Your guest of honor will be pleasantly surprised when she finds out that any of the decor is hers for the taking so remember that if the stations start running up your bill, you can always use your own goodies or borrow some to decorate with.

I used a console table as the sleeping station, covering it in a baby blanket and sassy pillow. I tucked in a stuffed animal and a bedtime story.
For the bathing station, I filled tubs with sodas and drinks, tossed in some rubber duckies and added towels and washcloths around the tubs. You can tie ribbons onto just about anything (like the tub handles, in this case) to sweeten up the room.
Lastly, greet guests at the door and request that they put their gifts at the station most fitting. My sister was on bedrest by the time the shower day arrived so this was an especially fitting way to divide up the gift-opening so that she didn't have to be upright for long periods of time. Besides, let's face it. We can only oooh and ahhh for so long before we need another drink and some mingle time!
